About the Client

Our client is a globally recognized leader in Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services, supporting organizations worldwide in maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, compliance, and sustainability across diverse industries.

We are seeking an experienced Food Auditor to conduct food safety and quality audits, support certification activities, and ensure organizations comply with applicable food safety standards and certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct certification and surveillance audits across food industry organizations.
• Coordinate with planning teams and clients regarding assigned audits and schedules.
• Evaluate food safety and quality management systems against applicable standards.
• Prepare and submit accurate audit documentation within required timelines.
• Ensure compliance with organizational procedures, certification requirements, and ethical standards.
• Conduct professional client interactions and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
• Monitor food industry trends, market developments, and emerging food safety practices.
• Identify and support potential business opportunities where required.
• Provide technical guidance to clients throughout the audit and certification process.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within food safety and quality management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or a related food discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC, and HACCP standards is preferred.
• Good IT knowledge and ability to work with web-based systems.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good managerial and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive approach with creative problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop expertise within the food sector.

• Coconut

• Food Manufacturing & Processing
