Are you a Certified Dietary Manager, Dietetic Technician or Registered Dietician looking for an opportunity in leadership? Would you enjoy managing the Food and Nutrition Program for patients and residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting?

Responsibilities:

• Manage the center's Food & Nutrition Program
• Supervise the preparation and service of planned menus, nourishments, and supplements
• Provide nutrition education to residents, patients, and their families
• Provide oversight and management of the center's Dietary Aides and Cooks

Qualifications:

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Dietetic Technician or Registered Dietician *REQUIRED*
• One (1+) year food service experience in an institutional or health related setting, focusing on planning, preparing and servicing regular and therapeutic diets, preferred

Pay Range

Starting at $70,000 per year
