Food and Beverage Supervisor - Yulara, NT

About the Role

Longitude 131° is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the delivery of exceptional dining experiences in one of Australia’s most iconic luxury lodge settings.

In this hands-on role, you will assist in leading the Food & Beverage team, ensuring service is delivered to the highest standard while creating a warm, engaging and memorable experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the management of daily food and beverage operations
• Leading and motivating the team during service periods
• Delivering a high standard of guest service in dining and bar areas
• Assisting with training and development of team members
• Ensuring service standards, presentation and attention to detail are maintained
• Supporting rostering and operational requirements as needed
• Working closely with the kitchen and lodge teams to ensure seamless service

About You

You are a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a genuine focus on guest experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting and developing a team.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in food and beverage supervision, ideally in hospitality
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• A passion for guest service and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
