We're looking for an F&B Supervisor who loves being in the middle of the action, knows how to have fun at work and can bring great energy while keeping standards high.

This is a full-time position available, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday as per roster

What you'll get up to...

• Supervise daily F&B service across restaurant & bar, conferences, events and other hotel F&B touchpoints
• Be a visible, hands-on leader, leading by example and getting stuck in when things get busy
• Coach, support and motivate the team, keeping the energy positive and the service flowing
• Open and close shifts, manage handovers and make sure everything is set up for success
• Create warm, confident and memorable guest experiences across different service environments
• Support stock control, inventory and ordering
• Keep health & safety, food hygiene and licensing standards on point
• Look for ways to make things better, smarter and more fun for both our guests and our team
• Most importantly, bring your personality!

What we're looking for...

• 2+ years' experience in a supervisory or senior hospitality role
• Experience across restaurant, bar, events or hotel F&B is a big plus
• Someone who leads by doing, not just by giving instructions
• A genuine passion for hospitality, food, beverage and great guest experiences
• Someone adaptable who can confidently move between different outlets and service styles
• Calm when the pressure is on, with a "let's figure it out" attitude
• Detail-focused without losing sight of the bigger picture
• LCQ and GM Certificate are desirable
• A positive attitude, great sense of humour and energy that lifts the people around you
