• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to meet budget targets.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all food and beverage areas.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage in a full service high volume hotel.
