
Required Skills & Abilities:
-At least two (2) years of hotel food & beverage or restaurant supervisor experience required
-Previous bartending experience
-Flexible to work AM and PM shifts, mid-shifts, weekends and holidays
-Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written
-Must be able to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours and lift/carry heavy trays weighting at least 25-30 pounds
-Current alcohol permit and Food Handler Certification Required
-Monitor food & beverage staff and ensure service delivery exceeds guest expectations.
-Assist with managing food & beverage operations for the restaurant, banquets, lounge bar and room service.
-Be hands on and physically support food & beverage and banquet staff to ensure guests are taken care of and business needs are consistently met.
-Train new hires.
-Inspect side work to ensure opening and closing duties are consistently practiced.
-Resolve guest related issues or complaints regarding service and food and beverages.
