Meadow Ridge is currently seeking a Full-Time Dining Services (F&B) Manager

Salary Range: $65000-$72000

Responsible for managing all service aspects of our different Independent Living outlets that include a 5 star restaurant, a Café and soon to come Pub concept.

Assure a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service in personnel and cleanliness of dining room.

Hire, supervise, train, and counsel dining room staff with a focus on leading the team to excellent levels of customer service.

This position reports to the Director of Dining Services and will be an integral member of the Dining Services management team comprised of the Assistant Director of Dining Services, two additional Dining Services Managers and the Culinary leadership team.

Job Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.  Associate’s degree or courses in Hotel and Restaurant Management preferred.

A minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience in front of the house operations within a restaurant, hotel, club or similar institution. Bartending and bar management experience an added plus.

Ability to communicate with, understand, empathize with, work with and be tolerant of residents, patients, families, visitors, peers, supervisors, subordinates and other outside contacts.

Must be able to maintain a courteous, friendly and helpful attitude with the residents at all times.

Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate skills for communicating with individuals of all ages, especially the Senior population.
