Job Description

• Manages the food outlets and lounges to ensure that impeccable standards of operation and the highest quality service is provided.
• Oversees the lounges to ensure that beverage service complies with all policies, operation is within budget and that CHAB requirements are enforced
• Ensures that all food outlets and lounges meet the requirements of the Board of Health and other governing agencies.
• May perform other duties as assigned
• Attendance for scheduled work required

Starting Salary $62,000.00 - $67,000.00

• Responsible to create menus and specials and ensure that all outlet menus are up to date and implemented
• Ensures guest satisfaction is met, including resolving customer disputes
• Selects, trains and monitors performance of direct reports
• Ensures direct reports follow Family Style Service standards

• College Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years progressive managerial experience in hotel/restaurant operation
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer knowledge required
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Required to perform the customer service standards of the department
• Knowledgeable of the casino control Act and attendant regulations as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
