Qualifications & Experience

🎬 About the Role

As a Supervisor, you’ll take center stage in leading daily food & beverage operations—ensuring smooth service, supporting your team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll spend the majority of your time as Manager on Duty, owning the floor, guiding your team, and making real-time decisions that keep everything running like a well-produced show.

🛠️ What you’ll be doing

  • Lead daily food & beverage operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing up to 80% of your shift
  • Manage staffing, breaks, and shift coverage to support business needs
  • Oversee service flow between front and back of house
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
  • Lead pre-shift briefings to align the team on priorities and goals
  • Support inventory management, cost control, and sales-driving initiatives
  • Oversee cash handling, reporting, and end-of-shift procedures
  • Create a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture

🎓 What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of food & beverage or restaurant leadership experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume service environments
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory/sales tracking
  • A guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality
  • Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Food safety certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

Pay Range

Compensation between USD $26.89/Hr.-USD $28.81/Hr.
