Oversee the daily operations of The Third Room, including the dining room, bar, and meeting spaces, ensuring the highest standard of service.
Maintain menus, ensuring content is current, presentation is impeccable, and cleanliness is impeccable.
Ensure all shifts are fully staffed to meet service demands for every meal period and event.
Deliver a superior and efficient guest experience, anticipating and responding to guest needs with elegance and discretion.
Foster a positive and motivated team environment, maintaining high morale among staff.
Uphold service standards and operational protocols, leading by example.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and aesthetically pleasing environment throughout all areas of the Third Room.
Create an awareness of in-house VIPs, including both dining and room service guests, to ensure personalized and memorable experiences.
Cultivate a loyal following of regular patrons by delivering exceptional and consistent service.
Support and execute any tasks assigned by the Assistant Manager – Restaurant, Restaurant Managers, and/or Associate Director of Food & Beverage.
Proficient with Windows-based computers, Microsoft Office, and industry-standard hospitality software.
Proven supervisory or management experience in high-volume, high-quality food and beverage environments.
Genuine passion for food, beverage, and guest experience excellence.
Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field from a recognized institute, or equivalent experience.
