Naumi Hotels Wellington is all about creating memorable experiences and our Food and Beverage team plays a big part in making that happen.

From welcoming guests for dining and drinks in our restaurant & bar, to supporting conferences, events and busy service periods, you'll be part of a team where every day brings something different.

We're looking for Food and Beverage Attendants who are friendly, energetic and genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome. If you love working with people, thrive in a busy environment and want a role where you can have fun while delivering great service, this could be the role for you!

We currently have two full-time positions available, 32 hours per week, working Monday to Sunday as per roster.

What you'll be doing...

• Delivering friendly, genuine and memorable service to our guests
• Supporting restaurant & bar service
• Assisting with conferences, functions and events
• Taking orders, serving food and beverages and clearing tables
• Setting up and resetting spaces for different F&B experiences
• Keeping service areas clean, organised and ready for guests
• Working closely with the wider F&B team to keep service running smoothly
• Following food safety, health & safety and licensing requirements
• Jumping in wherever needed and being part of the team

What you'll bring...

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, but we're happy to consider the right attitude and personality
• A genuine passion for creating great guest experiences
• Friendly, confident and comfortable interacting with different people
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
• Ability to stay calm and organised when things get busy
• Flexible and adaptable, no two services are exactly the same
• Great team player who is happy to support others
• LCQ or food safety experience is a bonus, but not essential
