Located in Batemans Bay on the NSW South Coast, Batemans Bay Marina Resort offers a range of holiday accommodation options situated on a beautiful waterfront location overlooking the ocean. We are opening a new Indoor Golf Simulator with a bar and Mexican Restaurant !

We’re looking for enthusiastic and experiencedFood & Beverage Attendants to deliver exceptional customer service

The Role:

  • Work front of house, engaging with customers, and maintaining the ambiance and cleanliness of the restaurant / bar
  • Barista experience and preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Assisting with general restaurant/ bar operations, including cash handling and cleaning
  • Perform opening and closing duties as required
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
  • Multi-task effectively during peak trading periods

Skills & Experience:

  • Provide quick, efficient and polite service at all times
  • EFT & Cash handling duties
  • Conducting general cleaning duties
  • Ensuring stock levels are maintained

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is required.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
