The Role

Are you passionate about hospitality and love creating memorable guest experiences? Join our vibrant team as a Casual Food and Beverage Attendant, where no two days are the same! Whether it’s a corporate function, wedding, or gala dinner, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, fun, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, professional service to guests across various event formats
  • Set up and pack down food and beverage stations, including bars and buffets
  • Take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Uphold safety, hygiene, and RSA standards at all times

What we're looking for

To be successful in this role you must have the following knowledge, experience and attributes:

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
