We're seeking a friendly, energetic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play an important role in delivering a positive dining experience for our guests. From breakfast service through to assisting with functions and events, you'll ensure every guest feels welcomed and well cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional and personalised service to guests
• Prepare and maintain food and beverage service areas
• Take guest orders and serve food and beverages efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout service
• Set up and pack down restaurant, breakfast and event spaces
• Assist with meeting and event catering requirements
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns in a timely manner
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the hotel

About You

You'll bring:

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and team-first approach
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience in a food and beverage, hospitality or customer service role

Desirable

• Barista experience
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Experience working in hotels or large hospitality venues
