Podium at The Manchester Deansgate Hotel is on the lookout for a dynamic Food and Beverage Assistant. Join the excitement and become part of the IHG Hotels and Resorts family!

We are looking for someone who can work 4 hours per week across 1 shift, early-morning availability for Breakfast shifts is essential.

Join the team at Podium, our 2 Rosette restaurant in the heart of Manchester where great food and genuine hospitality come together. As a Food and Beverage Assistant at Podium, you will:

• Welcome and look after our guests with warmth and professionalism, taking orders accurately and serving food and drinks with confidence and personality.
• Use your knowledge of our menus to make thoughtful recommendations, guiding guests through their dining experience and helping to create memorable moments.
• Work seamlessly with the wider team to ensure smooth service, always attentive to guest needs, dietary requirements, and allergen information.
• Evening and weekend availability is essential – these are our busiest and most exciting times!
• Experience in food and beverage is important, ideally in a similar venue. If you bring warmth, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude we can provide the training you need to succeed.
