The Role: Food & Beverage Outlets Supervisor
We are currently seeking a creative, results-driven Food & Beverage Outlets Supervisor with a passion for service excellence to help lead our Breakfast team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Assisting the Restaurant in hiring, training, scheduling and disciplining.
• Leading and motivating the restaurant team to exceed our customer’s expectations.
• Running the floor, this includes monitoring for seating availability
• Inspecting grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies.
• Coaching staff on a daily basis to ensure that customer needs are met.
• Driving systems and standards of the concept through role modeling constantly and spot-checking procedures.
• Completing scheduled monthly inventories and replenish stock and requisitioned supplies.
• Completing opening and closing duties.
• Conducting pre-shifts meeting to inform Associates of daily hotel activities.
• Following up with the guests concerns regarding satisfaction.
• Focusing on guest satisfaction and improvement during all departmental meetings.
Our Ideal Food & Beverage Outlets Breakfast Supervisor Will Have:
• Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience in a restaurant supervisory or managerial role
• Strong attention to detail, professional presentation, and ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, demonstrating confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
• Proven organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work effectively under pressure
• Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
