How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead and develop a high-performing machine shop team

  • Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and reliability

  • Collaborate across departments to meet production goals

  • Manage budgets and optimize resources for cost-effectiveness

  • Schedule and oversee maintenance to maximize uptime

  • Analyze data and generate reports to inform decisions

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions

  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field

  • 5+ years of machine shop management experience

  • Strong knowledge of equipment reliability and HSE standards

  • Proven leadership and team development skills

  • Experience with inventory optimization and reporting

  • Proven experience as a machinist

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, CNC Mastercam, ERP, and SAP
