
SP Industries Inc. is hiring a Focus Factory Manager to oversee a complete value stream and guide continuous improvement initiatives that fuel our operational growth at our Gardiner, NY facility.
Join a growing, dynamic manufacturing team and manage the Value stream to include personnel, machinery and materials to ensure production schedules are met. Utilizing the customer backlog reports and factory schedule, ensure that target dates for instrument build and shipping of all SP Scientific units built at the Gardiner facility are met. The scope of this role is to encompass the entire Value stream from the point of order receipt through manufacturing, test and shipment, working closely with planning, materials and customer service teams.
The Focus Factory Manager will lead the team to achieve the safety, quality, delivery and cost goals to support customer expectations and the business operating plan.
The expectation of this role is that you are prepared to do what it takes to get the tasks completed to ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled and that the business needs are met. You must be flexible, including leading/mentoring other production departments as necessary. In the course of your duties you will be required to wear safety shoes on the shop floor, and follow all Health & Safety, PPP and ESD procedures in force as per company rules.
Salaray Range : $95,000-$135,000
