As the Focus Factory ITM Leader, you will play a critical role in shaping a culture of operational excellence at our Jefferson City facility. You’ll work across functions to simplify processes, strengthen performance visibility, and turn data into actionable insights. By combining ITM (Lean) principles with modern digital tools, you’ll help teams improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost—creating sustainable results that last.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to operations, coaching others, and translating strategy into practical improvements. You’ll be empowered to lead Kaizen events, introduce digital solutions, and influence leaders and teams through partnership and trust. How you’ll make an impact
Lead continuous improvement using ITM (Lean) fundamentals supported by digital solutions
Partner with cross-functional teams to build a strong improvement and digital mindset
Facilitate Kaizen events using tools such as 5S, visual management, daily management, and value stream mapping
Develop and sustain KPI visibility through Power BI dashboards and performance reviews
Digitize manual processes using Power Apps or other low-code tools
Support ITM assessments, action plans, and standardized ways of working
Lead cost-out and productivity initiatives using Lean methods and data analytics
Coach and develop leaders and teams in problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guideline s.
Your back-ground
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, or process improvement
Experience leading Kaizen events and influencing across functions and levels
Working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and performance management
Experience with Power Apps or other low-code platforms
Lean and/or Six Sigma certification preferred; experience with ITM, TPS, DBS, HOS, or similar systems is a plus
