Location: Fort Pierce, FL
Precast Specialties, LLC is seeking an experienced Ready-Mix Concrete Truck Driver to join our Fort Pierce team. The driver will operate a front-discharge ready-mix truck, ensuring timely and safe delivery of concrete to designated job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a front-discharge ready-mix truck, following all DOT and company safety regulations.
- Adjust concrete consistency as needed, accurately estimating slump and monitoring color mix.
- Attach and remove discharge chutes while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain truck cleanliness to prevent concrete buildup.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Complete all delivery tickets and required documentation clearly and accurately.
- Communicate regularly with the scheduling department regarding delivery status.
Required Skills and

Qualifications:
- CDL A license and at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Proven experience operating a front-discharge ready-mix truck (required).
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Physical ability to lift over 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to operate truck controls safely and effectively.
- Adherence to safety protocols and DOT regulations.
