American Excelsior Company is growing our foam operations and hiring multiple Foam Fabrication & Molding Operators for 1st and 2nd shift. If you like working with your hands, seeing the results of your work at the end of your shift, and being part of a team that has your back, we'd like to meet you.

Pay and schedule

• Earn up to $23/hr with shift differential included
• Paid lunches
• Choose the schedule that fits your life:
• 4x10 (four days a week): 5am–3pm or 3pm–1am
• 5x8 (five days a week): 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm
• Full-time with steady, consistent hours

Key Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Work in our foam fabrication or molding operations, producing the foam products our customers depend on
• Operate production equipment and follow work instructions
• Check your work to make sure every product meets our quality standards
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work with your team to hit daily production goals
