Schedule: Evening shift: 6pm-2am
Compensation: $65 per hour, depending on experience
The Life Center of Galax is Virginia's Leading Residential, Outpatient & Detox Rehab Center for Drug Addiction & Alcohol Abuse, specializing in Residential Rehab, Detox, Opiate Dependecy Recovery, Methadone Maintenance, and Outpatient programs to address community needs.
We are currently seeking to add a Full-Time, Remote/Telehealth Family Nurse Practitioner or PA to support our patients in admissions. Autonomous is preferred.
About the role:
Provide medical evaluations and treatment of patients at facility under the supervisor of the Medical Director and work collaboratively with the medical/clinical staff under the guidelines of state licensure for Nurse Practitioners.
