Seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care services in Indianapolis, IN. This position is ideal for a provider who values collaboration, continuity of care, and making a difference in their community.
Your responsibilities:
Conduct full-scope primary care evaluations and treatments
Manage chronic and acute conditions across age groups
Prescribe medications and develop personalized treatment plans
Educate patients on preventive care and wellness strategies
Coordinate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
Your qualifications:
Board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Strong clinical, communication, and decision-making skills
Experience in outpatient primary care is a plus
