Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide full-scope outpatient primary care in New Orleans, LA. This position is ideal for an FNP passionate about equitable healthcare delivery and long-term patient relationships in a culturally rich environment.
Perform comprehensive primary care services for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
Manage acute and chronic conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
Prescribe medications and engage in health education and preventive care
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care coordinators to optimize outcomes

Requirements
MSN or DNP with active Louisiana NP license
