
FMS Preventative Maintenence TechnicianAssist and input into FMS/asset mgmt. system, the physical plant’s main and auxiliary equipment to include all HVAC equipment, air compressors, chillers, AHU’s, pumps, exhaust systems, life safety systems, etc in a mixed use corporate environment. Help plan, coordinate and accomplish operational and maintenance activities which ensure timely and cost-efficient completion of departmental goals and objectives. Provide assistance to team members on daily activities. Specific responsibilities include work-scheduling, establishing work standards, tracking evaluations/audits, problem solving, customer relations and special project work as requested.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Apply knowledge and experience in the day-to-day operations and ability to grown and learn the management system.
Be able to take charge of a Shift and make Operating decisions without Supervision
Responsible for knowing and following strict Operating procedures for applicable equipment as trained.
Advanced Computer skills required. Answering, Composing and Sending E-mails. Completing Work orders on Client Based Maintenance Program.
Make designated operators’ rounds, document equipment-operating conditions and identify and report non-standard conditions.
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Participates in ongoing compouter/technical skill development training programs
Must be able to follow E-mailed, writing and verbal instructions.
Willing to work overtime as needed
Ensures work order and daily time sheet documentation is completed and returned in a timely fashion
Operating Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Training & Education Requirements:
High School graduate, GED, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, math ability and a positive attitude Able to work with computers and their associated operating systems Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum three (1-3) years office experience
Other Qualifications & Physical Requirements:
Must pass a criminal background check, physical exam, and drug screen.
Must be capable of lifting to 25 lbs unassisted.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $22.10 - $26.00
