[ Role & Responsibilities]

• 시설(본사 및 Staging Area/ 지방사무소(7곳))의 유지보수관리

• 부동산 임대차 계약관리

• 차량 및 기타 고정자산의 유지보수관리

• 회원권(골프, 콘도 등) 관리

• 항공권 및 호텔/ VISA 관리

• FM & GA 협력업체 관리

• 보건관리 및 환경관리시스템 운영 및 개선

[ Requirements]

• 4년제 학사 이상 (전공 무관)

• 2년 이상 8년 이하의 관련 경력 보유

• 비즈니스 영어 가능 역량 보유 (이메일, 문서 및 회의 가능 수준)

• 국내/헤외 출장 결격 사유가 없는 자

• 보건관리자 선임 가능 자격증 우대

• 자동차 운전면허 2종이상 우대
