About the team
The Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) Category & Account Management team is part of TikTok Shop x Tokopedia's Indonesia Operations, responsible for driving category growth and commercial strategy across one of the most dynamic verticals in Indonesia's e-commerce market. The team works closely with brands and sellers to accelerate their presence and performance on the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day performance data tracking and monitoring to support data-driven decision making across the category.
- Partner with the Category Lead to review and track the progress of key projects, ensuring milestones are met and blockers are surfaced in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to follow up on daily tasks and maintain execution standards across accounts.
- Conduct daily price competitiveness analysis to ensure the category remains commercially positioned against market benchmarks.
- Monitor real-time campaign and project performance, and maintain comprehensive post-campaign evaluation reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide support on ad-hoc initiatives and cross-functional tasks as required by the team.
