Responsibilities:
Data & BI-related Tasks (50% of Workload)
- Data Acquisition & Refinement: Gather, cleanse, and analyze large-scale datasets encompassing FMCG sales performance, user behavioral patterns, and campaign metrics from the TikTok Shop platform.
- BI Reporting & KPI Tracking: Design and maintain recurring data reports using BI tools to monitor critical OKRs, including GMV,traffic, sales conversion rates, customer acquisition efficiency, and campaign ROI.
- Advanced Analytics: Conduct in-depth trend analysis to identify actionable insights related to FMCG product performance, consumer preferences, and marketing effectiveness, supporting data-driven strategy formulation.
- Dashboard Development: Collaborate in building and optimizing real-time business dashboards to visualize key performance indicators, enabling stakeholders to make agile, informed decisions.
Operational & Project Support Tasks (50% of Workload)
- Ad-hoc Project Execution: Provide end-to-end support for FMCG special projects and marketing campaigns, including planning, coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Merchant Incubation: Assist in the acquisition and onboarding of high-potential online merchants, driving their growth through strategic guidance and platform resource alignment.
- Seller Account Management: Oversee seller lifecycle operations, including training, issue resolution, campaign updates, and operational support to ensure optimal merchant performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with sellers to understand their needs, address concerns, and align on platform best practices, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Onboarding & Enablement: Guide new sellers through platform onboarding, delivering education on tools, policies, and troubleshooting support to accelerate their go-to-market readiness.
- Administrative Coordination: Manage operational workflows, documentation, and cross-team communication to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.
