Responsibilities
* Formulate FM schedule for soft services scope and conduct routine inspection.
* Preparation and review of QMS (as and when required).
* Responsible for the execution and compilation of all audits executed under his / her account.
* Analyze the audit findings and implementation of CAPA accordingly;
* Compilation and preparation of meeting slides from audited data, trending and analysis.
* Reviewing of contractor’s performance.
Requirement
Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
Prior experience in FM operations, audits, or quality management preferred.
Strong understanding of soft services (e.g. cleaning, landscaping, pest control) is an advantage.
Good analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, structured, and able to work independently.
