A senior coordination role focused on implementing data-driven asset management across large-scale infrastructure environments. The position supports multidisciplinary teams in transitioning toward more efficient, data-informed maintenance and operational practices.
Role Purpose
Lead and coordinate a flying squad — a temporary, multidisciplinary team deployed to support regional asset teams in executing a structured 4-phase implementation plan for data-driven asset management.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate planning and deployment of flying squad activities across multiple locations
Develop action plans and organize collaboration between stakeholders
Facilitate communication between operational teams and program-level leadership
Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive solutions
Contribute expertise in asset management and maintenance engineering
Support the definition of data and information requirements for data-driven decision-making
Promote adoption of data-driven practices and ensure knowledge sharing across teams
Key Requirements
Higher education degree in a technical or business-related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance environments
Minimum 10 years of experience in senior project/program or management roles
At least 5 years of experience in asset management and/or maintenance engineering
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of data-driven approaches in asset management
Preferred Experience
Experience working with contractor organizations
Familiarity with infrastructure assets such as bridges, tunnels, locks, or pumping systems
Experience in complex change or transformation programs
Experience in public-private collaborations
