We are seeking a talented Mobile Developer (Flutter) to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications that power customer, store, and partner experiences. This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys building scalable mobile solutions from the ground up, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering intuitive applications that perform reliably across diverse user environments.

As a Mobile Developer, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product, QA, and cross-functional teams to build feature-rich applications using Flutter and Dart You will contribute to architecture decisions, implement end-to-end features, optimize application performance, and ensure high standards of quality, security, and user experience while working in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Build end-to-end mobile features while collaborating with engineering teams on application architecture and technical design.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following software engineering best practices.
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and external services to deliver seamless application functionality.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance, usability, and stability issues across Android and iOS platforms.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, requirement discussions, and feature estimations.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality releases within project timelines.
• Document application architecture, technical designs, APIs, and implementation details for long-term maintainability.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.
• Continuously optimize application performance, responsiveness, security, and scalability, including support for low-connectivity environments where applicable.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of experience in Flutter development with strong proficiency in Dart
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience building and deploying mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of application architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, or Clean Architecture
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and external services.
• Familiarity with state management frameworks such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or similar.
• Experience with application lifecycle management, debugging, performance optimization, and version control using Git
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies and collaborative software development practices.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), mobile security best practices, and app publishing processes is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset and passion for building scalable, user-centric mobile applications.
