The details:

• Build and deploy powerful, user-friendly cross-platform apps (Flutter/Dart) across mobile, web and desktop
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and lead best practices across the team
• Integrate APIs, ensure top performance, and create seamless user experiences
• Engage in peer reviews, technical decision-making, and agile collaboration
• Innovate within a secure, ISO-certified environment where uptime, data protection and traceability matter
• Contribute to full lifecycle development from concept through release, and continuous improvement

What we are looking for

• 5+ years in mobile and/or web development
• Strong Flutter/Dart skills and solid understanding of UI/UX for cross-platform applications
• Experience with APIs, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Bonus: SQL, SQLite, Oracle, Kotlin, C#, Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitLab, or other dev tools in your arsenal
• A natural problem solver, capable of clean architecture and scalable delivery
