At Auren Personas we work from the Recruitment & Executive Search division and we are dedicated to providing specialized Human Resources consulting services.

We are currently collaborating with a leading HVAC industry company based in Madrid., which is looking to add a Fluid dynamics engineer (cfd) to its team.

About the Role:

Within the Engineering Department, the selected candidate will be responsible for the simulation and analysis of flow and heat transfer systems in HVAC equipment using advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tools.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CFD simulations for airflow analysis, heat transfer, and thermal behavior of HVAC equipment.

• Develop, validate, and optimize numerical models.

• Manage, maintain, and improve existing macros and automation tools within the group.

• Collaborate with design teams to support product optimization.

• Participate in international projects as part of the Central Engineering Team.

• Define and monitor validation tests.

• Prepare technical reports and documentation of results.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or similar.

• Experience in CFD simulation applied to thermal or fluid systems.

• Advanced proficiency in Star CCM+ (primary working software).

• Strong programming skills (Java, Python, or similar) for macro development and maintenance.

• Ability to manage and enhance existing automation processes.

• Knowledge of 3D CAD tools (NX is a plus).

• High level of English (mandatory).
