What Youll Bring

• Sales Savvy A minimum of two years experience in sales or business growth, with a flair for affiliate marketing or conversion-enhancing strategies. You're motivated by targets and fuelled by results.

• Communication Brilliance Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to adapt your style across cultures in Latin America, Spain, or Italy. Fluency in Spanish is essential; Italian or Brazilian Portuguese is a bonus.
• Tech Curiosity A keen interest in digital marketing trends and the confidence to become a go-to expert in conversion optimisation.
• Organisational Flair A sharp eye for detail and a love for keeping things in order experience with CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) is a plus.
