FLT Driver (Counterbalance / Reach)

About the role

We currently have an opportunity for an FLT Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for handling goods within the warehouse, ensuring stock is moved, stored, and loaded safely and efficiently, while maintaining excellent standards of customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate FLT (Counterbalance and/or Reach) to move stock within the warehouse.
• Load and unload vehicles in line with delivery schedules.
• Ensure goods are stored correctly and stock rotation is maintained.
• Assist with general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and stock checks.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse and depot teams.
• Uphold health and safety standards at all times.

The Ideal Candidate

• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach).
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock handling.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
