Prior Ambulatory or Emergency Department experience preferred. This role supports a dynamic Family Medicine practice with current clinic operations Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM. In the future, clinic hours will expand to 7:00 AM–11:00 PM to enhance access to care. This position consists of 4 days of 10 hours and one flex/off day. (7:00AM - 5:30PM)
Key Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include managing provider in-baskets, performing patient triage, and conducting nurse visits. This position plays a critical role in supporting the entire clinic team while ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care delivery. This role functions as a clinic flow coordinator, helping to maintain optimal patient throughput across Family Medicine.
Pay Range
$35.50 - $53.25
Where You Will Work
Atrium Health - One Health Family Medicine & Urgent Care, Center Square - Mooresville; 138 Center Square Drive. We offer Family Medicine for all ages, Urgent Care, Rheumatology, X-ray, and lab services. Our Family Medicine hours are Monday-Thursday 7AM-7PM and Friday 7AM-5:30PM. Our Urgent Care is open Monday-Friday, 10AM-8PM and Sat/Sun 8AM-6PM. The RN Flow position supports our Family Medicine providers with a schedule of 4 days with 10 hour shifts, but we are open to 5 days with 8 hour shifts. This position consists of working thoroughly through in-baskets for providers, triage, nurse visits, completion of forms/FMLA, and assisting clinical staff as needed with their providers.
We’re Looking For:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
Family Medicine experience preferred
NC Vaccine for Children's program experience preferred
Phlebotomy/Lab experience preferred
Bachelors in nursing preferred
1 year of RN experience preferred
