We are looking for you as a florist to support our housekeeping team for the upcoming winter-season 2026/2027!

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for floral decorations throughout the hotel (rooms, spa, restaurants, event rooms, and all public areas)
Responsible for designing and planning decorations for events (birthdays, gala dinners, New Year's Eve celebrations, etc.)
Preparation of floral decorations based on guest requests
Care and maintenance of cut flowers and plants
Determination of material consumption, price calculation, ordering and receiving goods,
handling internal inquiries and orders
Overall budget management for the floristry department

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Completed training as a florist
Professional experience in a similar position in a comparable hotel
Professional competence, creativity, and attention to detail, as well as a very high awareness of quality
Structured and organized way of working
Keen interest in team-oriented work
Good knowledge of German and English
