Job Description

NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Florist at Floral Haven in Broken Arrow, OK. We serve as the cornerstone of our client family support structure, acting as the glue that holds everything together. Responsibilities

  • Design and create fresh floral, silk, and plant arrangements for funeral and memorial services.
  • Thoughtfully interpret reference photos and personal family requests to create meaningful floral tributes that honor each life.
  • Maintain order accuracy.
  • Meet with families to discuss floral needs, offering compassionate guidance and support.
  • Manage time effectively to prioritize multiple services, meet deadlines, and accommodate last-minute changes.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service by greeting and assisting families and visitors.
  • Maintain and refresh floral arrangements and plants throughout the funeral home.
  • Process flowers and plants on load days, ensuring quality and freshness.
  • Clean and organize floral work areas, shelves, displays, and coolers.
  • Deliver and receive flowers as needed.
  • Assist with floral workshops, community events, and pop-up booths as scheduled, presenting the Company with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must have some experience
