Delaware Valley Floral Group (DVFG) is looking for an experienced Floral Sales Representative to grow customer relationships throughout the Novi/Detroit market. What You’ll Do

• Grow and manage relationships with florists, event companies, and other floral industry customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend fresh flowers, plants, supplies, and related products.
• Develop new business while expanding an assigned customer base.
• Provide responsive service, product knowledge, and consistent follow-through.
• Partner with internal teams to support reliable fulfillment and a strong customer experience.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience; floral, horticulture, wholesale, retail, or related industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fresh flowers, plants, floral supplies, or the floral industry strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to grow accounts, develop new business, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and use Microsoft Office, CRM, and other business systems.

Other Details: Novi, MI area preferred. This is an office-based sales position supporting customers throughout the assigned territory, with occasional in-market customer visits as needed. Schedule is generally Monday–Friday, with flexibility based on customer and business needs.
