The Floral Administrator supports the planning, coordination, execution, and maintenance of floral arrangements and décor across the three properties. This role contributes to the overall guest experience by assisting with the creation, installation, and upkeep of floral/décor elements that align with seasonal themes, property branding, and event needs.
Key responsibilities include coordinating floral design production; assisting with décor concepts for hotel lobbies, VIP check‑in rooms, event spaces, and property activations; supporting the installation and breakdown of décor and event setups; and maintaining accurate organization, care, and rotation of floral and décor inventory. The Floral Administrator is also responsible for day‑to‑day departmental organization and housekeeping, including receiving shipments, preparing props and containers, maintaining the floral cooler, and properly cleaning and storing décor materials.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a combination of education, training, and experience that provides the necessary knowledge and skills will be considered.
Must be 21 years of age or older.

Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
