Floorwalker / Rollout Support Engineer
We are looking for a Floorwalker / Rollout Support Engineer to support employees during the rollout of a modern Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and Intune workplace across multiple locations in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employees with laptop migration to Windows 11 and Intune.
- Assist with migration and configuration of Intune-managed iPhones.
- Verify essential services such as login, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and printing.
- Provide first-line technical support and explain solutions clearly to non-technical users.
- Register incidents, exceptions and recurring issues in the ticketing system.
- Follow rollout scripts and checklists and provide feedback to the project team.
- Collaborate with Service Desk, Workplace Management and Adoption & Change teams.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Experience with workplace/device migrations in large organisations.
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and iOS.
- MBO 4 working and thinking level.
- Excellent Dutch communication skills.
- Valid Category B driving licence and reliable transport.
- Service-minded, communicative, flexible and solution-oriented.
- Available 36 hours per week / 5 days and able to start quickly.
- Willing to travel across Gelderland, Brabant and Limburg.
