Ensuring the effective and efficient planning, coordination and control of production processes in the Casais Group, guaranteeing internal/external customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines, current legislation, quality and safety standards and at the lowest possible cost, through the appropriate allocation of financial, human, technical and material resources. And acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values.
1) Planning and coordinating work activities, monitoring their execution, analyzing costs and profits, as well as any existing deviations, implementing the necessary corrective actions in order to ensure quality execution in line with the defined technical specifications;
2) Liaising with operations support areas, particularly with regard to identifying physical resource needs (services, equipment and materials) and human resources, as well as the operational management of the construction site;
3) To liaise with the Owner on an ongoing basis regarding compliance with the contract, suggesting and negotiating any changes to the project and/or work plan and the defined execution processes;
4) Developing reports on the financial and operational performance of the work;
5) Based on the policies established by the company and the legal and contractual requirements, define, implement and monitor the work plans in terms of Quality, Environment and Safety.
