Detailed Description:

• Lift andplaceslips weighingapproximately 150pounds withanotherperson frequentlyduringthetourwork shift

• General upkeepoftheriganddrillingfloor; includes regular sweeping, shoveling, cleaning, painting, washingofequipmentandrelatedhousekeepingduties

• Cleanandgeneral upkeepoftheriganddrillingfloor; includes regularpainting, washingofequipmentandrelatedhousekeepingduties

• Useironroughneck, slips, andtongs toproperlyhandleandconnect break sections of drill pipe

• Assist inrigmoves: helpwithrig-uprig-down, nippleupanddownblowout preventers, assistwithgeneral assemblyandmaintenanceandhelppreparenew location

• Regularlycheck rigandequipmentforanyproblems andsafetyissues onan ongoingbasis

• Assist withinspecting,slippingandcuttingdrilling line

• Responsibleforpickingupandlayingdowntubulars,attachingordetachingpick- uplines, andthehookupandtearout of flareanddegasser lines

• Assist Motorhandwithpreventative maintenanceandrepairs of equipmentand motors, pipe,andoff-loading materials aswellas checking changingoil and coolant onengines

• Assist Derrickhandwithwatchingand maintainingshakers,mudpitsandpumps

• Wear re qu iredPe rs onal P rote ct iveE qu ip ment (PPE)at a lldes igna tedt imes which could include but is not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses, coveralls, work gloves, respirator, and hearing protection

• Inspect safetyequipmentandPPEforwearandreplacingasneeded

• Maintainspatialorientationandawareness tosafelymovearoundwork environment with manymovingobjects

• Work in a heavy industrial environment which includes working around constantly moving overhead machinery, being in close proximity to loud equipment and handling potentially hazardous chemicals

• Takeinitiativeandwork independentlyduringdowntime

• Support othercrewmembersbycarryingsupplies, ensuringcompliancewith safetyproceduresandotheradditionaltasksas assigned

• Other duties as assigned that may be outside of this job description

Job Requirements:

• Ability to standandwalk foraminimumof 35hours andupto12hours without beingabletositandwhilewearingsteel-toedboots

• Able to repetitivelyclimbsteepstairs andbeableto liftandcarry50pounds independently while walking on uneven surfaces

• Must becomfortableworkingat heights (50ftorgreater)forextendedperiods of time

• Stayalert andfocusedupto 125hours whileperforming repetitiveandroutine activities

• Bend, stoop,kneel, twist, andcrawl throughout thetourwork shift

• Priorexperienceorabilitytouseheavy-dutyhandheldand long-handledtools

• Abilitytosafelyliftandcarry50pounds independentlyandrepetitivelyclimb steepstairs

• Demonstrateclearcommunicationskills includingabilitytoread, writeandspeak Englishas well as understandandpromptlyfollow verbal andwritteninstructions inEnglish

• Clearvisiontojudgenearandfardistances tomaintainawareness of, watch, andreportongoingwork activities tocoworkers andthirdparties

• Able to have accurate recall overshort andlong-term memory

• Abletowork closely withothers intheconfinedareaofthedrilling rigandmaylive together increwquarters

• Work with an emphasis on safety for themselves and others including coworkers and third parties

• Willingto travel to and work in remote locations on a rotational schedule whichconsists of 14days on14days off, working12.5hourshifts that can includedays ornightsandas well as weekends andholidays

• Willing to work mandatory and unscheduled hours outside of your assigned schedule with little or no advanced notice

• Must be willing and able to attend and successfully complete classroom training and testing to qualify for a rig assignment

• Able to successfully meet pre-employment testing requirements which may include, without limitation, pre-employment drug and alcohol test(s) and background checks as well as drug and/or alcohol testing periodically during employment (subject to state and federal laws)

Minimum Qualifications:

• One (1) year of stable work history

PreferredQualifications:

• Six (6) months stable related work history (e.g., farming, ranching, construction, heavy equipment or other trade) or military service

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Additional Details:

Thispositionrequires thepersontowork outdoorsforanentiretour work shift inall kinds of weatherconditions, includingprecipitation,coldheat,highwind, andturbulent conditions.Theywill beexposedtothetypical conditions ofthelocal areawheretherig is located. Southernstates generallyexperiencehot summers wheretemperatures rangefrom80°tolow100° withhighhumidity;winters havetemperatures that generally donot gobelow20°.Northernstates generallyhavehot summerswithsimilar conditions andhavecold, windy winters, withlowtemperaturesthat canbeascoldas - 40°.
