This is not an entry-level position We are looking for technicians who can independently perform floor care services using commercial equipment.
Applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between job sites. About Us ServiceMaster Clean by Prime is a professional commercial cleaning company serving the DFW area. We specialize in floor care, specialty cleaning, and maintaining high standards for our clients. We value reliability, quality work, and team members who take pride in what they do. We are hiring an Experienced Floor Technician. This role also includes supporting general cleaning when needed.We need a technician who understands floor care processes and can operate equipment with confidence. What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Perform strip and wax services on commercial floors
  • Operate floor scrubbers (walk-behind & ride-on), buffers, and burnishers
  • Complete carpet cleaning and VLM services
  • Identify floor conditions and apply the correct process
  • Maintain equipment and report issues in the field
  • Support general cleaning tasks (restrooms, trash, dusting, etc.) when needed
  • Travel to multiple job sites across the DFW area

  • You understand how to avoid common issues (swirl marks, uneven finish, poor pickup)

Requirements

  • Proven experience with floor care equipment (buffer, burnisher, scrubber)
  • Reliable transportation (required)
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. and perform physical work
  • Ability to work independently and at a steady pace
  • Professional attitude with clients and team members
  • Must wear company-provided uniform

Schedule

  • Most work is in the evenings and weekends
  • Shift length varies based on job (typically 4–8 hours)
  • Flexible full-time and part-time options available

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
