Regency Oaks is recruiting for a hospitality focused Part Time Floor Technician Associate to join our team! This position is responsible for performing floor cleaning functions throughout the health center community.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Maintain all floors of common areas, to include carpet, ceramic tile and vicinity.
2. Strip wax from floors.
3. Buff floors.
4. Maintain floor equipment.
5. Assist supervisor with inventory and ordering of supplies.
6. Notify supervisor of any and all repairs that may be needed, concerning floors and equipment.
7. Maintain a clean and safe work and storage area. Dispose of debris and defective materials.
8. Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.

Location Clearwater, FL

Rate: $15.00/hour

Schedule: 6:00 or 7:00pm - 10pm; M-F Part-Time (20-25 hours)

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent - preferred
• Minimum of one year experience working in apartment/rental or healthcare environment preferred.
• Knowledgeable with floor cleaning machines & buffing floors - preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

• The ability to speak, read and comprehend the English language
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Good inter-department communication and teamwork skills
