What will you do:
Deliver outstanding guest experiences in line with LPM standards, building strong guest relationships.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction; anticipate and handle complaints proactively.
Mentor your team, supporting them in providing excellent service and growing their skills.
Maintain strong knowledge of LPM’s food and beverage offerings; share this with the team.
Ensure smooth operations by being flexible and adapting to changes; promote clear communication across departments.
Complete administrative duties that support daily operations and overall development.
What you need:
Previous experience in hospitality/F&B industry (min 2 year)
Previous experience in a similar position (min 2 year)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Guest service skills (complaints handling, guest relations)
English – excellent oral and written
Administrative and back office handling

LPM is first and foremost food-driven, and ingredient-led with fresh and light French Riviera-inspired cuisine. LPM’s simplicity is found in fresh Mediterranean produce, with dishes using artichokes, courgettes, lemons, olives, and tomatoes, alongside the freshest seafood, meat, and pasta.
The menu, designed for sharing amongst the table, is complemented by a substantial French wine list that includes an extensive selection from Provence.
