QualificationsSYNOPSIS OF DUTIES
- Responsible for interviewing and recommending candidates for employment, supervises and coordinates the daily duties of the Slot Attendants.
- Schedule training, assess performance, maintain attendance records and complete the PIP process when needed.
- Authorizes jackpots as per the Slots Procedures Manual.
- Ensures that all equipment functions properly and efficiently during the shift and reports any malfunctions to the Slot Technical staff immediately.
- Attends to all machine errors immediately.
- Conducts minor technical repairs on slot equipment.
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of all machine instructions and codes.
- Identifies regular slot players and communicates this information to Guest Services and the Cash Desk.
- Answers promptly any calls for assistance from employees or guests and assists them in any way possible relating to the play of the machines.
- Records any problems or unusual situations in the logbook.
- Be TIPS certified and practice this knowledge daily.
- Maintaining Title 31 Compliance accurately.
PREREQUISITES
General: Must be age 21 or older.  Must qualify for Tribal Key Gaming License. May require a math test.
Education: High School diploma or GED preferred but not required. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace.

Experience: Minimum one year gaming experience, preferably in slot machine operations.
Physical: Requires standing, walking for long periods, up to 4 hours at a time; must be able to lift 25 pounds occasionally. Requires normal vision, color acuity, and hand-eye coordination; must have normal finger and manual dexterity, as well as the abilities to grasp, kneel, bend, reach and perform repetitive motions.
