Angel Seafood is looking for a Floor Supervisor to join our expanding business across the Eyre Peninsula!

( Please note that permanent Australian Residency is required for this role)

(This position is available at our Coffin Bay site, which is an easy commute from Port Lincoln and is home to our Farming operations.)

About the Role

In this role, your duties Floor Supervisor will include but not limited to:

• Supporting/supervising sales grading, freight consignment & dispatch
• Managing a team of Aquaculture Attendants/graduates to achieve production, quality, environmental & safety objectives
• Supporting our deployment teams with vessel grading/bagging/loading as needed
• Equipment operation (forklifts, grading equip.) and asset maintenance
• Building and maintaining strong relationships across various departments ( incl. Water Operations, Quality Control, Human Resources)
• Reporting daily activities incl. results, incidents and hazards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Full Australian working rights essential
• Previous Floor Supervisor experience in the food processing industry or similar essential
• Current forklift licence essential
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Relevant food safety qualifications and knowledge
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
