ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson is looking for a dependable and hardworking Floor Scrubber to join our growing team in Pearl, MS! Responsibilities:

• Operate floor scrubbing machines and equipment to clean hard surface floors in commercial facilities
• Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing
• Follow scheduled cleaning routes and complete assignments efficiently and thoroughly
• Maintain and inspect cleaning equipment, reporting any issues to supervisors
• Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and solutions
• Ensure all work areas are left clean, dry, and hazard-free upon completion
• Communicate effectively with team leads regarding job site needs and progress

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating commercial floor scrubbers or floor care equipment preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on job sites
• Reliable transportation and ability to report to job sites in the Pearl, MS area
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
• Positive attitude, dependability, and a strong work ethic

Compensation: $10.00 per hour
