About the Role:Join our dynamic team at ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson as a Floor Scrubber NB! In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial spaces, ensuring a pristine environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment to maintain floors.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing floors.
• Inspect and assess floor conditions to determine appropriate cleaning methods.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and staff.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or floor care is a plus.
• Familiarity with floor scrubbers and cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
